Lefatech International
Inc ("Lefatech Inc") has the following Refund Policy with respect to software
packs, full or ASP licenses.
The terms "we" and "us" refer to Lefatech Inc.
All software packs purchased with full license are NON-refundable, but may
be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged
may only be exchanged for another software product developed and sold by Lefatech Inc. However, before any new software will be made
available, the customer must return to Lefatech Inc, a .Exchange
Claim Form.. The .Exchange Claim Form. will be provided to the customer after the
customer informs Lefatech Inc that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify
Lefatech Inc, within 30 days of your original purchase date,
that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The .Exchange Claim Form.
provided to you must be returned to Lefatech Inc by regular mail
only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange.
In
order to obtain an exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail
address and/or mailing address to Lefatech Inc. Lefatech Inc will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise,
and/or non-receipt of a .Refund Claim Form. that was a result of an incorrect
email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Lefatech Inc. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail
address.
All ASP license payments (leased lecense)
are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. You can cancel your reocurrent ASP
payment any time you want using the "ASP Cancelation Form".
The ASP Cancelation Form will be provided to the customer after the
customer informs Lefatech Inc that they need such form.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or
Fraudulent Claims -
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and
legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we
will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in
cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit
report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against
you.
THERE
ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR
IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE
ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THESE LINKS WILL
BE SENT TO GIVEN EMAIL AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 72 HOURS. THERE ARE NO
EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Lefatech Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or
against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or
change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised
Refund Policy on Lefatech Inc's web site. You agree to
periodically review our web site, including the current version of our Refund
Policy. It is your
obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
